Apply
Tell us who you are. Every application is reviewed by a person; approval is not automatic.
Share your link or code
Approved partners receive a personal link, a short code and a QR code for a counter card or business card.
We take care of the client
Luxify plans, measures, fabricates and installs. You see each referral’s stage, never the client’s contact details.
Commission on collected revenue
A percentage of what Luxify actually collects on the referred project, after the client pays. Nothing is owed on estimates, ranges or unpaid invoices.
Who it is for
Slab yards & showrooms
Clients who choose a slab with you can have it templated, fabricated and installed through Luxify. A revenue share, set per partner in writing.
Real-estate agents & brokers
For buyers and sellers who want a kitchen or bath update. Florida licensees: any referral compensation is paid through your broker.
Contractors & designers
Bring the countertop, vanity or fireplace scope to Luxify and follow it in your portal.
Homeowners
Know a neighbor planning a project? A referral credit, expressed as a percentage, once their project is paid.
The plain terms
- Commission rates are agreed individually and confirmed in writing at approval. Results vary; Luxify makes no promise of referrals, projects or earnings.
- Commission is calculated only on revenue Luxify has collected for the referred project, and is paid after collection.
- Projects are quoted as project ranges until the client signs; the signed price controls.
- When you recommend Luxify you must clearly disclose that you may receive compensation, for example: “I may be paid if you hire Luxify.”
- US partners paid $600 or more in a year receive a Form 1099-NEC; Luxify asks for a Form W-9 before the first payment.
- Referrals tied to a real-estate transaction may be subject to RESPA and state licensing rules; Luxify may decline or adjust such referrals.
