1. Website purpose

This site provides a planning catalog for stone, cabinet finishes and flooring, project inquiries and request tracking. A submitted request confirms receipt only. It does not reserve inventory, book an appointment, authorize production or create a purchase or installation agreement.

2. Estimates are not final offers

Online or preliminary estimates depend on the information available when prepared. A project becomes binding only through a signed proposal or order that identifies the final scope, selected material or product SKU, quantities, availability, taxes, delivery, installation conditions, exclusions, payment schedule and applicable project terms.

3. Field verification controls fabrication

Photos, sketches, customer measurements and digital estimates can support early planning, but they do not authorize fabrication. Final field conditions, measurements, seams, supports, cutouts, edge details and approved drawings must be verified through the project process before production.

4. Natural variation and availability

Natural stone varies from slab to slab and may include differences in color, movement, fissures, pores, texture and usable area. Screens also display color differently. Website images and small samples cannot guarantee the appearance of a complete installed project. Availability and physical material selection are confirmed for the actual order.

5. Concept visualizations

Images labeled as AI-generated or concept visualizations are design inspiration, not photographs of completed Luxify projects, guarantees of fit or promises that a shown material is in stock. Approved drawings, physical samples and the signed project documents control the final work.

6. Architectural applications and third-party products

System components, finishes, lead times, warranties and installation requirements depend on the selected material, manufacturer and project. Manufacturer documents and the signed order control if they conflict with general website content.

7. Website content and acceptable use

Luxify brand assets, original writing, layout and human-authored arrangements may not be copied or presented as another business without permission. You may use the site for ordinary project research and contacting Luxify. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe non-public systems, automate abusive requests or misuse another person's information.

8. Service coverage and partner inquiries

The initial operating focus is Florida. A ZIP code routes a request for review and does not guarantee service coverage. Professional and supplier applications are subject to qualification and agreement. Territory inquiries are expressions of interest only, not franchise offers, sales or territory reservations. Customer accounts and project file uploads are not active. Product prices are displayed only after operator release. A private proposal can record interest; it does not by itself authorize fabrication. If payment is enabled for a reviewed proposal, the customer is redirected to the payment provider and payment status is reconciled separately.

9. Text messages, WhatsApp and calls

When you check the required box on a Luxify form, Luxify Home may contact you about that request (your estimate, design and measuring visit) by phone call, text message, WhatsApp or email; how often depends on your project. Offers and design news by automated calls, texts and WhatsApp messages are sent only if you also check the separate optional box: up to 4 messages per month, only between 8 am and 8 pm your local time, and consent is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help; you can also call +1 407-616-5547 or email hello@luxify.design. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The wording you accepted is kept with its version, as the Privacy Notice explains (sections 9 and 10).
